These bottom fillers for Epson Cartridges are an easy and convenient way to
remove the foamy ink from the outlet holes. This device can be used in two different
ways, it can be used either as an air/foam extractor or it can be used to inject
the ink right through the outlet holes.
There are times when cartridges are filled too quickly causing the ink to become
foamy in and around the outlet holes. When this occurs, there is no ink flowing
to the printhead.
